Recipe:
2 oz. Bourbon
one sugar cube
2 dashes aromatic bitters
splash of soda water

Instructions:
Muddle sugar cube, bitters and soda water in an Old Fashioned Glass.
Add Bourbon and ice and stir to mix and dilute.
Garnish with an orange zest.
