New Delhi, May 17 (ANI): It was a perfect career launch for actors Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan when they debuted on the big screen with ‘Student of the Year’ in 2012. Switch to 2016, the sequel of ‘Student of the Year’ is all set to roll soon with Shahid Kapoor’s half-brother Ishaan and Sara, who is the daughter of actor Saif Ali Khan. The current buzz in the industry is that film-maker has roped in Mohit Suri to direct the film. Mohit Suri, who has already given two blockbusters to Bollywood with ‘Aashiqui 2’ and ‘Ek Villain’, is currently busy filming the adaptation of the Chetan Bhagat novel Half Girlfriend. It was earlier reported that Bollywood newbie Tiger Shroff was confirmed for the sequel of ‘Student of the Year’, but nothing was officially confirmed. We, really hope ‘Student of the Year2’ proves to be a dream launch for both the aspiring actors.
