New Delhi, May 12 (ANI): In a horrid incident, a 39-year-old man was found hanging from a tree at Vijay Chowk in the national capital. The tree is a few metres away from the Parliament. The deceased has been identified as Dayal Verma allegedly committed suicide today morning.
The man hails from Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh. He was spotted at 7.00 a.m.
