Due to language barrier, http://www.1MaidHK.com's founder Alice & hubby had a hard time asking some Koreans about ginseng chicken soup ("Saam-gye-taang") during their recent trip to South Korea. Finally, they're able to find a ginseng chicken shop near Nandaemun market.

It is a very health encouraging food and contains 4 yr old ginseng, sticky rice, sunflower seed, black sesame gingko nut, pine nuts, chestnuts, jujube & garlic. It gives a profound taste from its soup.

For the cost of KRW 11,000 and with many nutritious ingredients, it's really worth trying as we can't find this dish in Hong Kong.
