New Delhi, May 11 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 175.51 points down to stand at 25,597.02. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 38.95 points down to stand at 7,848.85. Monsanto India Ltd and Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd were among the top gainers of group A with an increase of 15.52%and 7.16% along with Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd and Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd with an increase of 6.91% and 5.26% respectively, while the top losers of group A includes Unitech Ltd and Indian Bank with a decrease of 8.07% and 4.00% along with Amtek Auto Ltd and Punjab National Bank with a decrease of 3.91% and 3.75% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is down 97.93 points at 18306.02 while the Banking sector is down 10.36 points at 19099.99 and the Realty sector is up12.01 points at 1351.76. The Indian currency is 0.08% down with Rs. 66.62 per dollar.
