Ingredients
- 2tbsp Oil
- bay leaf
- 2 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- garlic and ginger paste
- puree of 4 tomatoes
- red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- t tbsp of green chillies
- coriander
- paneer cubes
- 1 cup of curd
- 1 cup of peas
- 1 cup of water
- cumin powder
- coriander powder
- cream
Method
- In a pan heat some oil and add a bay leaf, onions, salt,garlic and ginger paste, puree of 4 tomatoes,ed chilli powder, turmeric, green chillies and coriander
- In other pan heat some oil and toss some paneer cubes in it.
- Add curd in the masala and peas, water and let it simmer for 10 minutes
- Add the paneer cubes in the gravy and cumin powder, coriander powder and coriander leaves and top it with cream
Mattar Paneer is ready to be served!
