The packaging of a new ice cream offering in Russia is drawing some controversy.

Russians have a new dessert option.
The Moscow Times is reporting that ice cream manufacturer Slavitsa is selling a small-batch product called Obamka, or “Little Obama.” 
It is reportedly a frozen chocolate confection packaged in a blue wrapper featuring a smiling dark-skinned boy with a gold earring holding the ice cream bar. 
The Times calls it “the latest indication of casual racism in the country.”
