Sanjay Dutt, who was sentenced to jail by the Supreme Court, in connection with his involvement in the 1993 Bombay bomb blast case, in March 2013, walked out a free man today from Pune’s Yerawada Jail.

After landing in Mumbai, Sanjay headed straight to the famous Siddhivinayak Temple, along with his wife Maanayata, to seek Bappa’s blessings. There he was greeted by his fans, who had gathered there in huge numbers to catch a glimpse of their favourite actor. From there he went to Bada Kabristan, at Marine Lines, to offer prayers at his mother Nargis Dutt’s grave.

Sanjay is now headed to his house and he will soon address the media there.
