Footage has emerged from China of a brave firefighter carrying a burning gas cylinder out of a house to extinguish a fire.

The video, filmed in Kunming, Yunnan Province on Tuesday, shows firefighters trying to use water to cool down the burning cylinder, but it doesn't work.

Then, a firefighter named Li Xiaobin takes the cylinder out of the building from the fifth floor and puts the fire out.
