A Philly Father took his sons life, shot his girlfriend and then he committed suicide. Tyrell Styles and Shyema Washington according to police, were having domestic violence issues prior to this shooting. Shyema previously filed paperwork for a restraining order but, didn't complete all of the paper work. Multi reports alleged that the shooting is tied to a recent break up between the couple.
