The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) CEO Datuk Shahril Ridza Ridzuan said the fund has yet to be notified by the trustee as to whether 1MDB has entered a cross-default of the RM5 billion sukuk issued in 2009. The EPF subscribed RM200 million from the overall RM5 billion sukuk issued by 1MDB in 2009.
