After his $140 million legal victory against the gossip website for violating his privacy with a sex tape, Hulk Hogan filed a second lawsuit claiming the site allegedly leaked sealed court documents to the National Enquirer that quoted him making racist remarks.
In a 2007 encounter with his best friend’s wife, Hogan unleashed an ugly tirade about his daughter Brooke’s black boyfriend.
The National Enquirer published the story, which “Gawker had been threatening to release publicly for months,” in July, according to the suit.
Gawker is appealing the $140 million jury verdict and denying its involvement with the leaked transcript to the Enquirer.
