Raje wants 24-hour public grievance redressal system to be setup

Jaipur, May 02 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje has officially directed government officials to take cognisance of public grievances with timely effect. She has given specific instructions, saying that grievances addressed should be cross-examined to ensure that complainant is satisfied. CM Raje even ordered that grievances be registered on the complaint portal within 24 hours. She also added that Parliamentary Secretary would be responsible for the monitoring of public grievances.
