Peanut chutney goes very well with idli, dosa, medu vada or uttapam. So Anushruti is here to show you how to make peanut chutney at home in quick and easy steps only on Rajshri Food.
Ingredients:
250 gms / 1 & half cup of roasted peanuts
1/4 cup / 25gms of sesame seeds
3/4th cup / 75 gms of dry coconut
Few curry leaves
2 tbsp of roasted chana dal
4 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp of cumin seeds powder
4 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of Asafoetida powder
1 tsp of sugar
11/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of tamarind
Method:
- Roast the sesame seeds and dry coconuts in different pans
- In a bowl add roasted peanuts, roasted dry coconut with curry leaves, roasted sesame seeds, roasted chana dal,coriander powder,cumin seeds powder,red chilli powder, Asafoetida powder, sugar, salt and tamarind
- Grind it all into batches and the peanut chutney is ready to be served!
