Imphal (Manipur), Apr 26 (ANI): Flash floods and torrential rains inundated villages in Imphal city of Manipur yesterday. Incessant rains and thunderstorm disrupted normal life in various parts of Khumbong, Kha Jiri, Nambol Khabi and Kamong villages under the Konthoujam Assembly Constituency of Imphal West and Bishenpur districts. Locals blamed the construction of Khumbong Chaban Thabi Minor Irrigation Dam for causing the floods.
