Nepal, Apr 25 (ANI): In a humane gesture, the Nepali Army has sponsored education of a six-month-old baby boy, who was rescued from rubble of his own home 22 hours after it collapsed in the major twin earthquake that hit Nepal last year. The boy and his parents were invited to army headquarters by Chief of Staff of the Nepali Army Rajendra Chhetri. The 7.8-magnitude quake struck high in the Himalayas minutes before noon on April 25 last year, toppling one million houses, upending roads and turning hundreds of villages into ruins that left about 9,000 people dead and 22,000 injured.
