Due to the overwhelming response from Ritzies requesting the return of Random Rants with Rita, I have elected to bring the show back. Today we're talking about encoding software and why it sucks.

The Ritzie Ritz channel is meant to enhance lives through laughter. Nobody should ever feel alone during difficult times. Together, we never have to be alone again.
