New Delhi, Apr 22 (ANI): Former chief minister and rebel Congress leader Vijay Bahuguna on Friday said he is confident that the apex court will nullify the HC's decision that quashed President's Rule in the state. Bahuguna said the HC has not yet been signed by the ministers, while pointing out that enforcing the judgment before getting signatures is against the law. He also slammed former Chief Minister Harish Rawat for resuming the office without any authentic order from the court.
