Aamir Khan has been known for his philanthropist works and he continues to do so despite beingcriticized for it. While touring the draught affected areas of Maharashtra where Aamir Khan had
gone to spread knowledge and create awareness regarding water conservation and watershedmanagement he decided to adopt two of the worst affected regions in the state.

He has adopted villages of Tal and Koregaon. Though he is facing plaudits for it the man is still working and doing hissocial work. This act of Aamir Khan has been seen to save the film Dangal from getting flopped like that of Shah Rukh’s films.
