Pakistan's maternal and child health is improving, shows a recently-launched "Pakistan Demographic and Health Survey (PDHS) 2012-13". Speaking on the occasion organized by National Institute of Population Studies (NIPS) at Islamabad,experts say that except some improvements, Pakistan has failed to achieve its Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) 4 and 5 for maternal and child health.
