Moscow (Russia), Apr 18 (ANI): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has arrived at Russian capital Moscow for the 14th annual foreign ministers' meeting of RIC (Russia, India and China). On the sidelines of the RIC meeting, Swaraj will meet her Chinese counterpart Wang Yi where she is likely to raise the issue of China blocking India's bid to ban Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) chief Masood Azhar.
