Keeping in line with our FNS philosophy, the month of June we want to challenge you to go that extra 1% everyday. "Insanity is doing the same thing everyday and expecting different results". This month we are going to do a ten exercise circuit starting with ten reps the first day then adding one rep to each exercise each day for the remainder of the month. Example, June 1st is 10 reps, June 2nd is 11 reps and so on. Consistency has been the main focus for each of our monthly challenges and we challenge you to not only be consistent, but to push your limits to get that extra 1% Better Everyday. Good Luck
