Nanded (Maharashtra), April 14 (ANI): Devgiri Express train was delayed by almost an hour at Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus on Thursday after Shiv Sena legislator Hemant Patil held up the train, demanding a seat of his choice. Patil, along with his supporters, halted the train causing inconvenience to passengers and affecting the schedule of other trains as well. Defending his action, Patil said he pulled the chain because the condition of the train was pathetic. He added that despite raising the issue in front of the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), their grievances went unheard.
