Softball-sized hailstones were reported in Wylie, Texas, on April 11 during a storm so bad it led the school district to cancel all classes for the day.

Unfortunately for Donna Ruth Cole, the storm came before she and her family had even finished unpacking in their new home: smashing windows and causing other damage.
