New Delhi, Apr 12 (ANI): Giving a ray of hope to India, which has not witnessed normal monsoons from the past two year, Director General of India Meteorological Department, L.S. Rathore on Monday said that this year monsoon will be above normal. He added that the temperature before the onset of monsoon is expected to be above normal.
