New Delhi, Apr 12 (ANI): U.S. Defence Secretary Ash Carter met Union Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar in the national capital on Tuesday. Carter is in India to improve defence ties. The visit is his second in less than a year. Carter said his visit to India was significant because both the countries seek to make a better world for future generations.
