Ingredients:
500 gms Mutton
3-4 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste,
1 Cinnamon
2 Green Cardamom
2-3 Cloves
8-10 Black Pepper
3 Onions, chopped
Coriander Leaves
Salt taste
Water
Method:
- In a pan heat some oil.
- Add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, coriander & ginger garlic paste. Saute everything well.
- Add onions & salt. Saute well till the onions become soft.
- Then add mutton and mix masala. Mix everything well.
- Transfer the mutton in a pressure cooker. Add little water & cook till 4 whistles.
- After the mutton is cooked again transfer it in a pan and let it simmer on a slow flame for 5 minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves & serve!
