New Delhi, Apr 10 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with a team of 15 doctors left for Kerala's Kollam city where massive fire broke out in the Puttingal temple this morning. Earlier, Prime Minister Modi tweeted: "My thoughts are with families of the deceased and prayers with the injured. I will be reaching Kerala soon to take stock of the situation arising due to the unfortunate fire tragedy in Kollam,". The team consists of burn specialists from the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Ram Manohar Lohia and Safdarjung Hospital. At least 98 people lost their lives and 350 others received injuries in the fire caused due to a blast in the firework stockpile, which was kept for the temple celebrations.
