Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed a hall filled with participants in the Birthright Israel program.
The participants are Jews between 18 and 23 that have never been on an Israel tour before.
The Prime Minister announced that he was going to speak his own words rather than the speech that had been written, and this is what he said.
