Kamalpur (Assam), Apr 08 (ANI): Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Friday promised cold storage facility and insurance to famers if voted to power in Assam. Rahul, who was addressing a rally in Kamalpur, attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for sidelining the common people and benefitting the money garnered from the decrease in petrol prices to his three-four corporate friends. Rahul accused BJP of creating unrest among people during their tenure, adding that no development can take place without peace.
