Project Cars career mode gameplay PS4.
Having wrapped up my second season and taking home the Ginetta G40 Championship silverware, it's time to embark on my third season of racing. Before I get into the new GT4 championship however, there are several invitational events to take part in.
This is the first of them, the Lakeside Invitational, a one off 8 lapper at Sonoma Raceway in a one make race for the Ford Focus RS.
I love this track, although I don't think I've won a race here yet, but I'd never driven this car before and the race was a no practice or qualifying affair with a random grid position for the start.
I grabbed a setup online that sounded promising and lined up in eighth place on the grid for the off.
I wasn't expecting a great result and was happy enough with the outcome. The car was fun to drive although it was a little too loose for my liking. Having said that the setup did make it very easy to control the slides once they began, but I can't say I felt entirely confident with the handling.
I won't tell you how I did, other than the fact that I was off the pace of the leaders, I'll just let you enjoy the racing. Full replay follows the live action.
