On the occasion of Gudi Padwa learn how to make Basundi at home - a traditional Indian easy & quick sweet / dessert recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.
Ingredients:
2 Litre Milk
1 Cup Sugar
4 tbsp Milk Masala
Dry Fruits for garnishing
Method:
- In a large pan boil the milk.
- Add sugar & milk masala. Mix well.
- Keep stirring till the milk reduces to half of its original quantity.
- Once it becomes thick, Basundi is ready. Switch of the flame.
- Garnish it with chopped dry fruits & serve with soft Puri.
