Costa Rica to Investigate Hacker's Role in Elections

The Costa Rican electoral tribunal has announced it will open an investigation into the role played by Colombian hacker Andres Sepulveda during the 2014 elections. The hacker worked with Venezuelan advisor J.J. Rendon, hired by the National Liberation Party.
