Dibrugarh (Assam), Apr 04 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) chief ministerial candidate Sarbananda Sonowal casted his vote at a polling booth in Dibrugarh in the first phase of the Assam assembly polls on Monday. Sonowal said what matters the most is the opinion of people of Assam, adding that Congress’s tenure in the state was a failure. The first of the two-phase Assam assembly polls began today with the poll percentage of 66.95 till 3p.m.
