Jammu, Apr 04 (ANI): Preparations are underway at the Raj Bhawan in Jammu and Kashmir where Peoples Democratic Party chief Mehbooba Mufti will take oath as the first woman Chief Minister of the state. The ceremony is scheduled to take place at 11 a.m. at the Raj Bhawan. Governor N.N. Vohra, who will administer the oath, was seen inspecting the arrangements for the ceremony.
