Jammu, Apr 04 (ANI): Stating that the Congress Party will not attend the swearing-in ceremony of the Jammu and Kashmir chief minister-designate Mehbooba Mufti, party leader Ravinder Sharma on Monday said the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) alliance is an exercise of the 'power hungry' parties to come to power. Sharma asserted that both the parties should reveal to the public the new conditions set up for the government formation in the state. The oath-taking ceremony is scheduled to take place at 11 a.m. at the Jammu and Kashmir Raj Bhawan today.
