Footage of the Saltley recycling site in Birmingham, UK, on fire on Tuesday afternoon.

The video was shot more than a mile-and-a-half away from the blaze, showing just how large the fire was.

Around 100 firefighters were called to tackle the fire, after emergency calls starting flooding in at around 2pm.

People who live near to the site have been told to keep their windows shut and drivers have also been warned to keep clear of the smoke.
