New Delhi, Mar 26 (ANI): Amid political turmoil in Uttarakhand, former chief minister and rebel Congress MLA Vijay Bahuguna on Saturday demanded Chief Minister Harish Rawat's resignation on moral grounds. Alleging that the Governor had misused his constitutional position, Bahuguna said that he should be removed. He added that the governor gave ten days time to a minority government to come into majority. He said that they wanted fresh elections and a fresh system to come up. Bahuguna also said that had he been the Chief Minister then he would have set up a committee for inquiry into the matter.
