Manglore, Mar 24 (ANI): RTI (Right to Information) activist Vinayak Baliga, electrical contractor by profession, was killed by unidentified assailants on March 21 morning. The 51-year-old activist had successfully sought out more than 90 RTIs, particularly helping the government in tracing electricity theft in the city.
