Belgium has raised its terror threat level to “maximum.” Brussels transit spokesman said there are 15 dead, 55 injured in attack at metro station. The Belgian Health Minister said at least 11 were killed in the airport blasts, 81 injured. Officials said at least one airport explosion was a suicide bomber. Brussels is in a state of lockdown. All flights are canceled and subway, bus, and Eurostar were shut down. French President: “We are standing and looking at a global menace. France and Belgium are joined by a horror we are having to share,” he said. Tuesday’s attacks follow the arrest last week of Salah Abdeslam, who is a key suspect in the November attacks in Paris.
