New Delhi, Mar 21 (ANI): Former chief minister of Maharashtra Prithviraj Chavan on Monday targeted the state government for imposing Section 144 in drought-hit Latur, saying that the situation could have been easily avoided had the Devendra Fadnavis-led government acted earlier. He further said that the government has completely failed to provide drinking water in the region. Chavan added that permanent arrangements have to be made to provide drinking water in districts of Latur, Osmanabad and Beed.
