New Delhi, Mar 20 (ANI): A sociopath serial dog killer has been spotted slaughtering puppies with a sharp object in a CCTV footage outside South Delhi's Green Park Metro station.
Divulging details, member of Delhi State Advisory Board for Animal Welfare Abhinav Sariyan said the person first fed the puppy some snacks and then slaughtered the dog into two pieces.
Sariyan added that Rs 1 lakh bounty was announced on the killer.
