Butler said Walker suffered serious head injuries in the collision and never showed any brain activity after arriving at the hospital.
'I just wanted to say that Tray was an incredible young man and had a very promising career ahead of him,' Butler told Reuters. 'He will be missed.'
Police said the driver of the SUV stayed on the scene after the collision and was cooperating with authorities. Police said no charges had been filed.
The Ravens star was not wearing a helmet and was dressed in all black at the time of the accident, police said.
He was believed to be riding the dirt bike with another NFL player, but his agent does not know the name of the that player.
