ARGENTINA — A video posted to Facebook shows a rescue worker being zapped unconscious when he comes into contact with power lines while ziplining down the side of a building.

The unfortunate electrocution took place at what looks like a parade or event showcasing how rescue teams carry out their work. The shocking moment came when a rescuer was demonstrating bringing an injured person down from a building. Video footage shows the whole crowd witnessing the large flash when the rescuer came in contact with power lines, then he just dangles in the air for a bit.

And in a comical twist that would be funnier if it weren't so tragic, the roles reverse as the injured person strapped to the carriage tries to help the now-unconscious rescuer, all while the guys on the roof try to pull them both back up.

So lesson learned, when ziplining down the side of a building try to avoid contact with power lines.
