Chandigarh, Mar 11 (ANI): The members of the Chandigarh Youth Congress on Friday staged a protest over Bheem Tank murder case and various other state issues. Among other issues included state government’s failure to provide security to the Dalits, unavailability of drinking water, non-payment of post-matrick scholarships, etc. The police used water cannons to disperse the protestors, who carried placards and raised slogans against the state government. 27-year-old Dalit Bheem Tank was brutally murdered at farm house of Shiv Lal Doda alias Sholly, a liquor contractor who is believed to be a SAD supporter, in Fazilka's Abohar constituency in December last year.
