If you look closer, this is actually a slightly re-made version of Felix the Cat by Dragon Co, another pirate game similar to Wait and See, etc. Same choppy scrolling, same headache-inducing music. Except here, instead of Felix there is a Super hero and the enemies and power-ups are now more High technological.\r

EDIT: Its actually a hack of The hacker (another unlicensed NES game which is a modified version of Felix), hence the Internet Explorer logos and folders.\r

The gameplay is pretty slow and ridiculous, you have to time your attacks JUST RIGHT or else the enemies will touch you faster, and your attacks DIFFER when you are attacking standing still or moving, which makes it an even more pain in the ass.
