Chandigarh, Mar 10 (ANI): The Chandigarh police on Thursday used water cannons on the Youth Congress protesting over the Satlej-Yamuna link canal issue. The protestors shouted slogans against the Punjab and Haryana Government. One of the protestors said the youth Congress will die but will not allow Punjab's water to pass to Haryana.
