Scuba divers are no strangers to the power of the sea, but not long ago, one found himself tangled up in a watery peril of a very different kind. 

On July 12th, he got pulled into a St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant intake pipe, reports WPTV. 

Christopher Le Cun is now suing the facility’s operator, Florida Power and Light.

He contends that the area was not adequately marked.
