Srinagar, Mar 07 (ANI): The Indian Army on Sunday opened a vocational training camp for women in Srinagar district of Jammu and Kashmir. The main aim of the training centre is to create a sustainable skill development programme to facilitate employment of women in various industries and provide platform for self-employment to the women of the state. Army regularly makes attempts to connect with the locals in Kashmir. In the past, blood banks have been organised by the army personnel in militancy-hit areas.
