Bhubaneswar, Mar 05 (ANI): To mark birth centenary celebrations of legendary leader Biju Patnaik, sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik made a sand sculpture of at the Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) in Bhubaneswar on Saturday. The sand art was inaugurated by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at the new domestic terminal of the airport in presence of Culture and Tourism Minister Ashok Panda, MLA Debasis Nayak, airport director Sharad Kumar.
